No it doesn't. It sounds like Harvey Milk.
Of course Harvey Milk sounds only like Harvey Milk. I think though that they deserve more fans and "Melvins covering Swans" is a good sales-pitch, and as close as I can get to describing their sound to someone who has not yet heard them.
