On in the early 80's. Off for 22 years. On again, beginning with this record, in 2004. Typical Mission of Burma style characteristics (prominent bass, off-beat drum hits, controlled chaos, tape loops) but also a maturity in song-writing that only comes with age. Almost up there with Vs.Enjoy

Thanks for this! 'Vs.' & 'Signals' were essentials in the day, and I agree that this fits nicely in the MOB discography.
Love this blog. Great to update my Bowie collection with FLAC versions BTW! Old .mp3 versions have decayed into 30 second samples @ 96kbps!
